Vinod Gurjar
Founder & Partner
Vinod Gurjar is the Founder and Partner of OG Prefab, bringing more than 8 years of construction and comprehensive project management experience to the company. He has extensive expertise in managing projects throughout the entire construction lifecycle, from initial planning, budgeting, and design coordination to construction, inspections, and final project completion.
Vinod possesses strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems, enabling him to effectively coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. He has successfully managed and coordinated numerous land development projects, working closely with municipal authorities, consultants, engineers, and contractors to obtain planning, permitting, and development approvals.
Vinod holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Royal Roads University, where he developed a strong foundation in business leadership and strategic management. His combination of technical construction knowledge, business acumen, and client-focused approach makes him an integral leader at OG Prefab, committed to delivering exceptional results on every project.
Gurbinder Singh (DubaiG)
Founder & Partner
Gurbinder Singh, widely known as DubaiG, is a partner at OG Prefab and a respected construction professional with more than 22 years of hands-on experience in the carpentry and construction industry. He is also the owner of Parababa Construction Ltd., a Victoria, British Columbia-based construction company specializing in custom home building, framing, renovations, commercial construction, and ICF foundations.
Over the course of his career, Gurbinder has successfully completed 100+ construction projects throughout Victoria and Vancouver Island. His expertise includes foundation systems, structural framing, rough carpentry, and complete building envelope construction. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship, he has earned a strong reputation for delivering structurally sound, high-quality projects.
His practical field experience, leadership, and dedication to craftsmanship make him an invaluable member of the OG Prefab leadership team, ensuring every project is built with precision, efficiency, and long-term durability.
